CO₂ (CAPNOPHILIC) CULTIVATION

For cultivation at approximately 5% of CO₂ . 

AnaeroPack™- CO₂,  AnaeroPouch™-CO₂   are CO₂   generators for Capnophilic cultivation. Simply open the aluminium pack removing the inner white sachet and placing this in the rectangular jar. No need to add water. No need to use a catalyst.

The system generates approximately 5% of CO₂ and promotes growth of capnophiles (e.g. Hemophilus sp., Neisseria sp. etc.).
Used for isolating organisms responsible for respiratory tract infections such as Streptococcus sp. and Branhamella catarrhalis.
