ANAEROBIC CULTIVATION

For environments with less than 0.1% oxygen and more than 15% carbon dioxide. 

AnaeroPack-Anaero and AnaeroPouch- Anaero support the growth of anaerobes such as Clostridium spp., Prevotella spp. and Porphyromonas species.

Create an anaerobic environment by simply opening the aluminium pack, removing the inner white sachet, and placing this in the rectangular jar. No need to add water. No need to use a catalyst.
Within 30 minutes, an atmosphere containing less than 1% oxygen and supplemented with carbon dioxide is generated—optimal for anaerobic growth.
Enhances recovery and promotes larger colony growth, which assists in presumptive identification.
Supports the growth of fastidious anaerobes and improves the survival of obligate anaerobes.
